Refund Policy
There is no refund option after payment for the seat booking of a ticket for the event named “BITPA Conference 2026”, organized by BITPA.
But we have refund policies for the following:
In case of payment failure, or a deduction from the user’s wallet that did not reach the organizer’s panel, or a double deduction caused by connectivity or server error, you have to contact the SSLCOMMERZ operations team and the BITPA organizer’s team with valid screenshots. Refunds for rescheduled events are up to the organizers, team, venue or promoter; if they allow it, you will get a refund. We will review and inform you of the approval status within 7 official working days of your refund request.
We will not approve or allow any refund request after 9 September 2026.

Sponsorship
Please note that sponsorship fees are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of payment. This is because, within this period, we begin incorporating your brand into our marketing materials, including publishing your logo and promoting your sponsorship across our platforms.
